Do members ever pay CharterPass?

No. Members carry their pass, check into events and collect perks for free. Any membership fee is set and collected by your own organization, not by CharterPass.

What happens when we pass 500 members on the free plan?

Nothing breaks. We'll let you know you've grown past the free tier and help you move to Growth — and if you're a school or student union, you stay free at any size.

Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are monthly and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like. Annual plans include two months free.

How do merchants get paid setup?

Start as a free Partner, then message us to switch on Loyalty. If you also need table ordering and a point of sale, CharterPass POS covers that.
