Product updates, July 2026: home feed, starred perks and a member area

CharterPass moves quickly — here's what landed in July.

Updates feed on the home screen

Members now land on a feed of updates from their organizations: announcements, event reminders and news. Each card is dismissible, so the feed stays a to-read list rather than a pile. For organizers this replaces the group-chat broadcast that half your members have muted.

Organizations can also run sponsored posts from partner merchants in the feed — every sponsored post goes through admin approval before members see it, so the feed stays yours.

Starred perks

The perks catalogue was getting long — a good problem. Members can now star the offers they actually use, and starred perks pin to the top of their perks tab and appear on their member card view.

Member profile pages

Every member now has a simple profile area at their own link, showing their organizations, passes and activity in one place. It's the start of making a CharterPass identity portable across every organization you belong to.

Counter scanner improvements

For merchants, the counter scanner now handles stamps, points and reward redemptions through one screen — staff scan the customer's QR and the scanner works out which action applies. Reward redemption also got clearer: the redeem button now explains when a customer is short on stamps or points instead of silently doing nothing.

Under the hood

• Full interface translations in English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese across member, event and door pages.
• Email is live on our own domain — registration and support mail now comes from charterpass.app.
• Member CRM: searchable roster, payment-proof review and CSV export are all in organizers' hands.
